Thinking of trading SNAPCHAT?
- 1. As we have seen with other Social Media Networks such as Linkedin, acquisitions by a big tech player might be the solution to the company. It is possible that many disappointed investors are waiting for a potential acquisition. Back in 2013 Facebook made an offer to Snapchat for the sum of $3 billion. 2. As with many declining stocks, CFD trading is always a great opportunity. You do not need to wait for favourable news or acquisitions to push the price up, but you can make the most of a company's bad situation.

Trade SNAPCHAT with Fondex. Our CFD trading platform is engineered to provide you with optimal execution speed while allowing you to access 3 different trading methods on the same interface.
1. In the second quarter of 2018, Snapchat suffered a loss of $353 million. Despite the bad news, Saudi prince Al-Waleed invested $250 million in exchange for a 2. 3% stake in Snap Inc. Even though the company has not successfully monetized their app, investors should keep a look out for external investments, as this could power up the company and make their shares spike up. 2. With such powerful competitors such as Alphabet (Google), Baidu and Facebook, Snapchat is facing a very grimm future. They have the user base (declining over the years), but not real solid revenue source. Snapchat is trying to innovate with their ad system, but unless a big tech player acquires them, it does not look like they have much room for growth.
